Probability and Trend are Useless

probability has no predictive powers Here is the Link for My Fourth Tip

Mislead gamblers always think that application of math and statistic to gambling is a form of calculated risk. The truth is probability has no predictive powers.

Trend reading is trying to spot patterns. The catch is trend doesn’t last. No theoretical model can predict the real world with reasonable accuracy.

Walking off Empty Handed

when pocket is empty don’t loiter in casino Here is the Link for My Third Tip

It is very common to hear gamblers say that they will most definitely leave if they had won a certain sum of money. Yet, many times they had come by such winning and they did not leave but end up losing instead. There is nothing irrational about this.

Once all the money is lost there is no other option but the door. The emotional attachments of losing money plays an important role in determining the difficulty to walk away. There is usually a choice to leave with some extra cash at hand but gamblers opt to leave the casino with their pockets empty.

Casino Marks You

you are on their periscope Here is the Link for My Second Tip

If you win big, you may get the fear that the casino will not let you take it away without doing something bad to you. You will be filled with paranoia when you make you way to the cage. You should start winning a fortune form a casino before you start raising your doubts on this issue.

Once you to win a considerable sum, the casino will treat you like a VIP. The longer you stay in the casino the better their chances of recovering back their losses. They will use psychology and all kinds of marketing gimmick to get you to stay or revisit them.

Phil Ivey Versus Genting

IN THE NEWS

Phil Ivey versus Crockford?

Ivey Versus Genting Group

This should be an exciting legal tussle in the gambling circle, especially among poker and punto banco fans. On August 20-21, 2013 poker star Phil Ivey won £7.8millon in a punto banco game at Crockfords, Mayfair but was denied payment on the ground of “illegal acts”. Looking at Guerrilla Gambler’s Blog, I can’t help but wonder what criminal activities could have taken place in a casino. I thought perhaps Ivey had stolen some casino chips or outrage the modesty of females in the casino. XingCai Zhang’s Blog is equally as amusing by reversing the black magic accusation.
